We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and you may not always be aware that you need to cancel your EJP Physiotherapy session. To avoid any confusion, we aim to be clear and transparent with our cancellation policy.
If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment, the full service fee (100%) will be charged. Additionally, if the client is not present at the scheduled appointment time when the clinician arrives, the full service fee (100%) will also apply.
